500g (or about 2 1/2 cups) of coconut water (unflavoured, unsweetened)
100g (or about 1/2 cup) of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
20g (or about 1 heaped tablespoon) of raw honey
10g (or about 1 tablespoon) of fresh lemon juice
1g (or about a pinch) of Himalayan or Celtic sea salt

๐Ÿถ Directions ๐Ÿถ

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend.
Strain the pulp if want a water consistency.
Push the pulp down to squeeze out the juice (keep the pulp to make frozen treats).
Portion the electrolyte drink and refrigerate. Freeze to last longer.
Feed the electrolyte drink in moderation. Always start slowly and build up.

  2. You cannot give lemon juice to dogs, citric acid is toxic to them. It causes gastro distress. Please take this down or revise your recipe, this is not safe advice. ๐Ÿ™

  4. You saved the pulp for ice cubes to add to water. What happened to all the liquid?? Did you freeze it as well?
